A new multiuser trail will be built on Badger Mountain. This new trail will start near Trailhead Park and go to the east edge of the Badger Mountain Centennial Preserve, then up to the top where it will connect with the existing trails. The other trails were both built in a weekend and we hoping to do it again but we will need a lot of help! Advance registration is needed for planning

Double Feature Movie Night Fun

Hummingbirds and warblers are some of the most beautiful and revered birds to most people. We are bringing their bright colors, beautiful song, and unmatched flying to the big screen. Join us at Battelle Auditorium on March 6 for the fun. First on the roster will be First Flight – the story of Honey, a Black-chinned Hummingbird, chronicling her nest from eggs to the first flight of her young.

Confluence Community Action Network - CCAN is facilitating the construction community gardens throughout the area. Garden coordinators are needed at each site to be the contact point for volunteer workdays, help with materials management, and maintain paperwork on plot usage.

The Richland site is at McMurray Park, behind Safeway in N. Richland.

The Kennewick site is at 5405 West Metaline Avenue at Advanced Construction Services.

The Pasco site (still in planning) is at the Ben-Franklin Transit center at 22nd & Sylvester.
