Bring your family for an amazing bike challenge through Richland's beautiful parks along the Columbia River. Even the tortoise family can win this challenge. Family teams ride together and complete family fun challenges, riddles, puzzles and more. The challenge will begin at Columbia Point Marina Park and end at Leslie Groves Park. Don't forget your helmets!

Due to popular demand, the Kids Aluminum Can Drive will continue. Schools must register with contest coordinator Bethany at 967-2936 or brgrayson@hotmail.com.
From March 21 – April 15, drop off aluminum cans to Pacific Recycling or Basin Recycling in the name of a participating school. At the end of the drive, each school will be awarded with a check for .10 over market rate, or .60 a pound.
Wish you could fly, soar, & swoop like a bird? Experience the lift, drag & thrust of bird flight by making a simple kite and flying it in a spring breeze. Kitemaster, Greg Greger, will teach you how. Instruction begins at 9am. $1 will cover the cost of all your materials. Directions to McNary NWR:
